Birmingham News Tristan Davis (hamstring) is still out, and Tuberville said he wouldn't play in the season opener against UL-Monroe unless he was "100 percent . . . Neither quarterback has been available to reporters since Sunday, but Tuberville and other offensive players said the duo is still splitting practice repetitions 50-50 . . . Auburn is expected to populate its second-team defense with several freshmen this fall . . .
