Atlanta Journal-Constitution Franklin's system, like the coach behind it, is long gone . . . It didn't take McKenzie long to know his defensive moon lighting needed to end . . . It's a shame that the Alabama vs. Auburn game just doesn't seem to have the same kind of excitement it used to have . . . No one of Crimson Tide vintage votes but hated-foe Auburn has four reps: ex-players Al Del Greco and Charlie Trotman, and ex-athletic directors David Housel and Mike Lude . . .
